Nick Warren is an experienced adviser on merger control issues in the UK. Prior to consulting, I was Business and Remedies Adviser at the UK Competition Commission (now the CMA) and the inaugural Inquiries Director at the NHS Cooperation and Competition Panel. I was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2001.
At Indio Inquiries I support monitoring trustee mandates as part of the NOCON team. Competition authorities around the world use monitoring trustees to ensure compliance with commitments and orders arising out of mergers, antitrust proceedings and state aid cases.
Along with my colleagues at Beeston Consulting, I support NHS and private healthcare organisations with transformation programmes, particularly pathology consolidation. I have specialist expertise in the UK health and care sector and have advised on some of the largest NHS mergers that have been implemented since 2013.
